How it is made
Material
3K woven carbon fibre in a twill weave, 240 gsm face layers, in an epoxy resin system.
Process
Laid up from dry fabric and resin, consolidated under a hot press and oven post-cured. The same process is used at every thickness and size, so a 1 mm sheet is made the same way as a 10 mm one.
Finish
Glossy on both faces. This is the only finish available, so we do not offer matte or peel-ply.
Tolerances
Thickness held to plus or minus 0.2 mm. Sheets are flat, with no appreciable warp. Edges are waterjet cut, clean and free of delamination.
Ordering
Everything is made to order. We hold no stock, and there is no minimum order quantity: even a single piece is made for you. Each piece is manufactured to our specification in the dimensions you give us, which is why we ask you to confirm the specification before production starts.

- 7 working days from confirmed payment, plus despatch.
- Payment
- 100% in advance. Because every piece is made to your dimensions it cannot be resold, so production begins once payment is confirmed.
- Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Pricing
- Quoted against your specification. Prices are not listed because they depend on dimensions, thickness and quantity.
- Tax
- GST at 18%, HSN code 6815.
- Delivery
- Arranged on your behalf and charged at actual.
